Women are still discriminated against just because they're women, not because they are not qualified but JUST because they're women, which is not right. Many woman are highly intelligent and progress through the ranks such as being a cook to a chef, to only find out that they hired a chef that's just as efficient as her, but she may be paid 28% less then the other chef JUST because of her gender which is being swindled in everyone's book especially after the Equal pays right act.
