Mission Statement

                                                  GEO-Gender Equality Organization

1. What are the opportunities or needs that we exist to address?
Our organization is attempting to compose an equal society in schools. Women are assumed to be less superior than the man, to whereas men are the superior gender. The men is assumed to be the superior gender.

2. What are we doing to address these needs?

We are creating all girl sports teams to allow girls to participate in the more “Manly Sports” such as football and trying to a all girl wrestling team. We are fighting rules that bind only boys to one sport and create gender equality in our sports. Gain equality by letting them play would be a huge success towards the success of eliminating sexism. We are also going to switch the roles of the girls and boys in stereotyped situations to allow the boys to experience stereotyping, they participate by their own free will.

3. What principles or beliefs guide our work?
We don’t believe that boys are superior to girls nor inferior, sexism is something that we are taught from a very young age, boys rough housing and girls having a tea party are stereotypical things that others think of. People would not think of a boy playing with dolls or at a tea party, they’d think a boy would be wrestling with his brother or playing outside rolling around in the grass, and girls would be inside playing with dolls and having tea parties, but not rolling around in the grass or wrestling.
We intend to eliminate sexism in schools so that there is no stereotyping others because of what they do, which in a form is bullying and to create fair treatment between girls and boys. We provide support to other groups that are also fighting sexism while helping people who are being bullied or picked on because of the things they like to. We value strong individuals who believe that everyone is created equal.
